Having robust patent protection to cover the company’s intellectual property assets in development projects is an important part of Obducat’s strategy. Patent applications are filed at patent offices around the world. Commercial markets of vital importance are USA, Europe and Asia. A large number of issued patents have been assigned to Obducat, and a total of 49 inventions are patented in at least one country or region. The majority of these involve industrial machines and NIL processes focusing on mass production purposes.
