Obducat receives order from IMTEK at University of Freiburg in Germany

OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Solar-semi GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from IMTEK (Department of Microsystems Engineering) at University of Freiburg, Germany, for the supply of a Quickstep QS S 200 SM lift-off system.

The Quickstep system will be installed in the 600 m2 large cleanroom at IMTEK, which has more than 240 registered users and is equipped for processing internal and external projects with high proficiency and reliability. The Quickstep will be used for the performance of lift-off process in conjunction with micro patterning of metal layers. The order value amounts to approx. 1.6 MSEK.

The Quickstep system is planned to be delivered second quarter 2016.
