OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Technologies AB, a leading supplier of lithography solutions based on nanoimprint lithography (NIL), has received an order from a customer in Asia, for the supply of an EITRE 8 NIL-system. The order value amounts to approx. 3.4 million SEK.
The EITRE 8 system will be installed in the cleanroom facilities of the customer. The EITRE 8 system will be used to perform nanolithography processes for various purposes.
The EITRE 8 system is planned to be delivered in the second quarter next year.
