OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Technologies AB and Obducat Europe GmbH, leading suppliers of lithography processing solutions and nanoimprint lithography (NIL) tools, have received orders from Gusu Lab in China, for the supply of a EITRE 8 NIL-system as well as a resist coating system. The order value amounts to approx. 4.0 million SEK.
The lithography system will be installed in the cleanroom facilities at Gusu Lab where they will be used for research and development based on NIL-technology as fabrication method.
The lithography systems are planned to be delivered in the fourth quarter this year.
