The number of shares and votes in Obducat has changed as a result of conversion of the company’s convertibles 2008/2011.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 8,669,508 shares in the company, whereof 244,522 shares of class A and 8,424,986 shares of class B. The shares entitle to a total of 10,870,206 votes.
