OBDUCAT, leading manufacturer of lithography solutions based on nanoimprint lithography (NIL), confirms that the customer has signed the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for the Sindre 400® NIL-system.

Obducat and the customer signed a contract in January 2014 concerning the supply of a Sindre 400 NIL system to be used in mass production of µPSS LEDs. In November 2014 Obducat performed the Factory Acceptance Test and received the delivery approval. The SAT, performed in August at the customers’ facility in China, has been signed. The customer is currently entering into production mode.

The SAT approval is expected to strengthen our position in ongoing negotiations related to mass production projects also beyond the LED application, says Patrik Lundström, CEO, Obducat AB.
