OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary solar-semi GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from a Defense Industry related company for the supply of two large substrate Quickstep 1200 cleaner-developer and lift-off tools. The order value amounts to approx. 1,130,000 USD.

The Quickstep 1200 systems will be used for manufacturing of highly specialized military and space related components. The Quickstep 1200 systems have been configured as a cleaner-developer and a lift-off system.

The Quickstep 1200 systems are planned to be delivered in fourth quarter of 2016. Due to confidentiality requirements no additional information can be disclosed at this time.

The order concerns the recently released tools in the Quickstep series suitable for processing large square as well as round substrates up to up to 2 x 2 meters in size. The processing tool can be configured to perform many different process steps such as coating, cleaning, developing, heating and chilling as well as lift-off processes. The processing tools can be delivered as semi-automated or fully automated systems including robot based substrate handling.
