OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Technologies AB, a leading supplier of lithography solutions based on nanoimprint lithography (NIL), has received an order from a leading institute in India, for the supply of an EITRE 3 NIL-system. The order value amounts to approx. 1.1 million SEK.
The EITRE 3 system will be installed in the cleanroom facilities of the institute where it will be used for R&D work within a wide area of interdisciplinary research activities in the broad domain of applied physics. The Eitre 3 system will be used to perform nanolithography processes for various purposes.
The EITRE 3 system is planned to be delivered in the fourth quarter this year.
