OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Europe GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from a leading well renowned R&D institute in Germany, for the supply of a QSW 300 SM Mask Cleaning system. The order value amounts to approx. 200 k€.
The QS 300 SM system will be installed in the cleanroom facilities of the German R&D institute in Berlin. The purpose is to enhance its application-oriented research for high speed optical communication networks.
The QSW 300 SM system is planned to be delivered in March 2018.
