OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary solar-semi GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from BYD, for the supply of a QS 775 semi-automated developer system. The order value amounts to approx. 260 k€.

BYD will use the QS 775 system in the lithography process for production of micro and nano precision molds. The final application cannot be disclosed at this time.

The QS 775 system will be installed in one of the cleanroom facilities of BYD Technology Development Centers.

The QS 775 Developer system is planned to be delivered in August 2017.
