OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary solar-semi GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from Fraunhofer – Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI), Berlin in Germany, for the supply of a MC 204 fully automated Coater and Developer system. The order value amounts to approx. 450 k€.

The MC 204 system will be installed in the cleanroom facilities of the Fraunhofer – Heinrich Hertz Institute in Berlin. Fraunhofer HHI conducts application-oriented research for high speed optical communication networks. The core competencies of the Fraunhofer HHI are InP and polymer waveguide based Photonic Integrated Circuits for Telecom and sensing.

The MC204 system is planned to be delivered in September 2017.
