The MC 204 system will be installed in the cleanroom facilities in CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) cleaning department. This is a repeat order, of a processing tool that was delivered in 2014, for the purpose of expanding the production capacity.
The MC204 system is planned to be delivered in February 2018.
