OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Europe GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from an existing world-leading customer active in manufacturing of MEMS components, for the supply of a fully automated Microcluster Processing Tool. The order value amounts to approx. 7.4 million SEK.

The fully automated Microcluster tool will be used in the manufacturing process for various MEMS components. Further information cannot be disclosed at this point in time.

The system will be delivered in the second quarter 2023.
